We use Royal Mail because we trust them. Once the pre-order lands with us, give it 3–5 days to reach you. It’s usually only 1–2 days, but I'm saying 5 to cover my back so you don't blow up my inbox if the postie is slow.

How it arrives:
I treat the goods with respect. We're talking proper boxes and an obscene amount of bubble wrap. I know how annoying it is when a courier plays football with a parcel, so I pack it to survive the journey

Description

Swimming straight into Youtooz is the most adorable penguin friend you could ever imagine! Sitting at 9 inches tall with adorable claws sticking forward and a slight smile crossing his small yellow beak, his curved eyes are framed in white that comes down around his round belly. With long flippers hanging at his side, his blue markings run over the top of his head down to a short pointed tail. This plush is packed to the seams with 100% PP cotton and is made of a soft minky material, absolutely perfect for cuddling or going to the aquarium with!
