Delivery
We aim to deliver orders to UK customers within 2-3 working days as we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. We advise you make sure someone is available at your delivery address within working hours to sign for your order.
All our orders are sent with either Royal Mail or a UK based courier service. If your order ships with a courier service you will receive either an email or text message letting you know when to expect the delivery to take place, and giving you the option to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Otherwise, Royal Mail will deliver via your normal post.
If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will either be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery or the item will be left in a safe place.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only estimates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.
Part Shipping/Splitting Orders
WE DO NOT SPLIT OR PART SHIP ORDERS - If this is something you need us to do you would have to contact us and agree to pay a second shipping charge (regardless of order size) and our staff will be happy to assist with this.
