The waiting game:
Dates are estimates. sometimes suppliers drag their feet or ships get stuck, it's annoying for us too. If the date slips, don't panic, we're chasing them.

If for some reason we can't fulfil the order (rare, but it happens), you get a full refund immediately. No messing about.

Delivery & Packaging
We use Royal Mail because we trust them. Once the pre-order lands with us, give it 3–5 days to reach you. It’s usually only 1–2 days, but I'm saying 5 to cover my back so you don't blow up my inbox if the postie is slow.

How it arrives:
I treat the goods with respect. We're talking proper boxes and an obscene amount of bubble wrap. I know how annoying it is when a courier plays football with a parcel, so I pack it to survive the journey
