X-Men Mr. Sinister 1/10 Scale Statue

With a white skin as cold as marble, red eyes with no pupil, and sharp teeth, his appearance justifies his name. Genetically transformed, one of the brightest geneticists in the world enhanced his transformation for years, incorporating the genetic material of certain mutants into his DNA to get more abilities.

Using his telekinetic powers that allow him to levitate, the unique villain floats over the mechanic debris of a Sentinel robot on fire, probably from its recent destruction. With the ability to control each molecule from his body, capable of absorbing the impacts and regenerating any damage, of altering and modifying his mass with a shape-shifting ability that allows him to assume the form of anyone, together with many other powers such as telepathy, concussive blasts, speed, endurance, strength, and superhuman senses, make him one of the most dangerous and lethal enemies of the X-Men.

Inspired by the work of his contemporary Charles Darwin in the Victorian London, the scientist Nathaniel Essex became obsessed with transforming humanity into a perfect race of superhumans. Studying about mutants (superhuman beings born with the X-Gene) in the 19th century, Essex met the villain Apocalypse and then both became allies. Using alien Celestial technology, Apocalypse transformed the British scientist into Mr. Sinister, his first minion.

An ageless man with superpowers, “Sinister” was the last word that his dying wife said to him. Later on, Sinister enhanced his powers through the self-experimentation, and, in modern days, he developed a big interest and assumed a protector attitude regarding the mutant heroes Cyclops and Jean Grey, believing that their DNA can create the definitive mutant.

This and other factors led him to battle many times with the X-Men and related teams. Sinister body was destroyed more than once, but he survived due to his regenerative healing factor or by transferring his mind to clones.
