The Salazar Family have been influential in the Spanish mountain region of Valdelobos for centuries, starting with Gregorio Salazar, 1st Count of Valdelobos (who built Salazar Castle), right up to his direct descendant Ramón in the present day. The Family Insignia is used in Resident Evil 4 by Ashley to open a gate and gain access to the Grand Hall of the castle.
This replica medallion is heavily embossed in antique gold, is one of 2005 worldwide (in reference to Resident Evil 4's original release), and is indivdually numbered on the reverse.
